Improve Telenor’s recruitment process for applicants by humanising the application process. The biggest pain points for applicants was waiting to hear back and filling in tedious forms. Their outward communication of their values and needs is not currently optimal. To break down the barrier, a digital touchpoint was designed to create a conversation where the company and the candidate learn about each other simultaneously.
